Return Policy

At RootboundX, we accept free returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.

Free Returns

If your return is approved and the item is eligible under this policy, RootboundX will provide return instructions at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products not in original condition

Important: Products must be unopened to qualify for a return under this policy.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us by email and include your order number and the reason for your return request.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can review the issue.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return, you may return it according to this policy and place a new order separately.
