RootboundX currently ships orders within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or federal holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Method

All standard domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, most packages arrive within 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any free shipping offer, flat-rate shipping offer, or promotional shipping threshold will be clearly stated on the website when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. RootboundX is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to USPS, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact USPS first using your tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States unless otherwise stated on the website.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders if shipping service is unavailable to a destination or if an order cannot be fulfilled as submitted.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the package and contents and contact us within 5 days of delivery.
